Sunfolk bees are never treated with synthetic chemicals and are never fed sugar to increase honey production. Most of our hives rest in Jamul, along the slopes of Lyons Peak, where bees forage freely across native blooms shaped by sun, soil and season. Like coffee, honey carries the fingerprint of its origin. Each harvest is a reflection of place, time and care.
